Seeking Construction Bids

Vergennes Township is seeking bids for the remodel and addition to their building at 69 Lincoln Lake Ave NE, Lowell, MI, 49331.

There will be an optional pre-bid meeting at 69 Lincoln Lake Ave NE, Lowell on Monday October 5, 2020 at 9am. Architect, engineering and township representatives will be on hand to answer any questions. 

Drawings and specifications can be obtained through Builders Exchange of Michigan or River City Reproductions (616-464-1220).  

Proposals will be received at the Vergennes Township Hall, 10381 Bailey Drive, Lowell, MI, 49331 from bidders in duplicate on forms provided by the Architect in sealed envelopes marked only with the project name. Proposals are due on October 21, 2020 by 10:00 AM EST. 

NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10:00 AM.
