There will be a meeting of the Vergennes Township Zoning Board of Appeals on October 27th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Vergennes Township Hall located at 69 Lincoln Lake Ave NE (Lowell) to hear the following business:
A variance application has been received from Jerry Gable for the parcel known as 234 Tia Trail SE to place an accessory structure within the required 50’ rear yard setback. This parcel is located off Flat River Drive and known as permanent parcel #41-16-25-428-010. The request for a dimensional variance is with respect to zoning ordinances sections 201.305, 201.402, and 201.704.
A second variance application has been received from Scott West for the parcel known as 1165 Biggs Ave NE to place an accessory structure, private stables, within the required 75’ setback from boundary lines. This parcel is located north of Fallasburg Park and known as permanent parcel #41-16-23-100-044. The request for a dimensional variance is with respect to zoning ordinances sections 201.404.B and 201.704.
The complete variance application can be reviewed at the Vergennes Township Hall from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursdays or on the website at www.vergennestwp.org. Public comment will be heard at the meeting and comments received by mail, email, in person or in the Township drop box will be considered if received at the Township office prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
