Cemeteries

Vergennes Township Owns and Maintains Five Cemeteries
  • Alton – Northeast corner of Lincoln Lake Ave NE and 3 Mile Rd
  • Bailey – Corner of Parnell and Bailey behind Vergennes United Methodist Church
  • Fox’s Corner – on Lincoln Lake Ave next to St. Mary’s Cemetery  (near the airport)
  • Krum-Blanding – on Vergennes between Cumberland and Parnell
  • Fallasburg – Covered Bridge Road and McPherson

Only Alton and Bailey are Currently Active for purchases and burials.

The other three are maintained as historic rural cemeteries.

  • Burial spaces are available to residents for $250 per space
  • Non-residents may inquire for purchase at $500 per space
